What are my options for delivery and collection?

Your equipment will be delivered the day before your hire start date and collected the day after your hire finishes. Alternatively, choose one of dozens participating stores at checkout, and pick up and drop off your equipment at your leisure. Equipment is ready to collect from 1pm the day before your hire start day, and needs to be returned by 11am the day after your hire ends.

Do I need insurance?

If the value of the equipment you're hiring is less than £8000, insurance is included in the price and your deposit acts as an insurance excess, though please note that we do reserve the right to request a fully-refundable deposit in some instances. For equipment valued over £8000, insurance is required, so you'll need to either provide an existing policy document that proves you are covered, or take out short-term cover for your hire.

When do I pay my deposit?

If your hire starts within 7 days, you’ll pay the deposit when you book. If it starts later, we’ll send a reminder 7 days before dispatch — just log in and pay.
