We currently have a full-time vacancy for a Customer Service Associate within a busy, friendly camera hire department based near Mayfield, East Sussex. During a typical day, you’ll:

• Answer telephone and email queries
• Confirm orders with clients
• Manage customer accounts
• Build relationships with production companies

All of which full training will be provided for!

What you’ll bring to the role:

• A friendly confident telephone and email manner
• Ability to problem solve and adapt in a fast paced environment
• Great people skills both face-to-face and over the phone
• A positive addition to the Hireacamera family
