Married to the business, Guy does not get much free time. But when he does, it's spent exploring the countryside with his family. Has an encyclopaedic knowledge of our kit and has over 25 years of camera experience. Loves new toys - strangely always around when new equipment arrives…..

Jaine

General Manager

Jaine runs the office day to day, looking after us all. Customers love her and so do we - is there nothing she cannot solve? Leads a hectic life as always complains she never has any free time!

Amy

Specialist Account Manager

We stole Amy from Jessops to work in our customer services team many moons ago! She now manages our specialist corporate accounts. From what we can work out, away from the office her main passions seem to be stationery, New York and Christmas (but not necessarily in that order)!

Lizzie

Finance Assistant

Lizzie joined us initially as a member of our customer services team. Following a break for maternity leave she now works alongside Jaine in the finance team. Lizzie works on a part time basis and outside of the office is kept very busy by her other role as Mum to her two gorgeous daughters.

Fran

Premium Accounts Specialist

Fran enjoys travelling (Australia, Borneo, India and Mexico to name a few...!) and has a passion for photography. In the winter, she tries to escape for some well earned skiing. 

Nicole

Accounts Specialist

Nicole is the longest serving member of our customer services team. She has a bubbly personality and is most often found chatting away to our customers. When not assisting customers she enjoys singing at a local open mic night.

Hannah

Customer Advisor

Hannah is our youngest member of the team who likes to push her boundaries outside of work. She won 2nd place in a local MasterChef competition (we are awaiting batches of cakes to be made) and has a talent for writing. She equally loves the outdoors. 

Sophia

Customer Advisor

From leaving school Sophia trained as a barber and spent many years enjoying it. She wanted a new challenge and started here in June 2016. She loves cooking and eating out in her spare time.

Katie

Customer Advisor

Katie worked in a care home before joining us which makes her a natural when talking to people. She loves going to the gym and enjoys a good holiday with friends.

Tony

Dispatch

Tony has been working in our busy dispatch department since 2012.

Tony has a passion for photography and travel so when he’s not in the office he can usually be found roaming the country in his vintage VW Campervan with a camera in hand.

Sam

Dispatch

Despite his youthful looks Sam is a father of three lovely children. He enjoys sailing when time permits. Can be seen cycling to work to keep fit.

Kevin

Dispatch

Has a great passion for filming. Can be found in the gym most of his spare time. Oh and he does smile (just not for photos!).

Jay

Dispatch

Jay is being trained to be a jack of all trades in the dispatch department. He came to help us out for a few days just after he finished school, turned out to be a great asset and he has been here ever since. Enjoys a good night out with his mates. You may notice a resemblance to Lizzie, he is one of her siblings.
