What do I get with the equipment?

Each product page includes an 'Included' tab showing what's supplied (e.g., batteries, memory cards). The packing list included with your shipment also lists all items.

How do you prepare the equipment?

We follow strict quality checks before and after every rental — including visual inspections, focus and sharpness tests, and test shots. Some cosmetic wear may be visible, but anything affecting performance is serviced or replaced.

What do you consider cosmetic wear and tear?

Minor marks and scuffs from general use are expected. However, damage to lens glass or signs of neglect will be chargeable. See our wear and tear guide for details.

What happens if I have a problem with the equipment?

If anything doesn’t work as expected, call us immediately on 01435 873028. We’ll help resolve it and keep your shoot on track.

What happens if I damage the equipment?

Call us straight away. We'll assess the damage and arrange a repair or replacement. If you're on the Security Deposit plan, any excess costs must be paid. With Damage Waiver, accidental damage beyond your deposit is covered. Extended repair delays may incur loss-of-hire charges.

I forgot to return all of the accessories – what should I do?

Send any missing components back within 72 hours using Special Delivery or a tracked courier. After that, a £25 + VAT fee will apply per missing item.

The equipment has gone missing, what should I do?

Call us immediately on 01435 873028. If stolen, report it to the police and get a crime reference number. If lost or damaged by an airline, complete a Property Irregularity Report. You may also need to notify your insurer.
