How do I register for an account?
To create an account, click on the login icon (head and shoulders) at the top of your screen. Enter your email address in the ‘Not yet registered?’ section and click Sign Up.
What documentation do I need to register for an account?
We will need two UK telephone numbers and documentation: a proof of billing (dated in the last 3 months) and a photo ID. See our site for a full list of acceptable documents.
How long does it take to set-up an account?
It varies depending on your account type. Sole traders and companies will need to provide trade references. For urgent requests, we can fast-track once you contact us.
How quickly can I get the equipment?
Existing customers can receive next-day delivery if contacting us before 4pm. New customers must complete account setup and documentation verification first.
How old do I have to be to hire?
You must be 18 or over. Under-18s can use an adult’s account with permission, but the account holder is fully responsible.
Do I have to live in Great Britain to create an account?
You must be a UK resident with a valid UK bank account. If your card is registered abroad, please contact us to discuss.
I’m travelling from abroad, can I hire from you?
It’s possible but depends on your documentation and security. Call us on +44 (0)1435 873028 to discuss.
Can I take the equipment abroad?
Yes, just let us know when booking. Additional documentation and proof of return may be required.
Can you supply information for Carnets?
Yes, we can supply serials/weights/values 48hrs before dispatch. We cannot issue Carnets directly.
How do I place an order?

How do I calculate my hire period?
Only count the days you use the gear. Transit time to/from you is not charged.
Do you offer discount for longer hires?
Yes. The longer you hire, the lower the daily rate. For 28+ days, contact us.
When I book equipment is it guaranteed to be available?
Yes. Our system shows live availability. If something is damaged post-booking, we’ll contact you with options.
Can I reserve equipment?
The only way to reserve is to place an order.
The dates I want aren’t available, what can I do?
The calendar will show the next available dates. Call us for alternatives.
Do you organise Delivery and Collection?
Yes. Delivery and collection are included in the booking process.
Is the Delivery & Collection charge included?
Delivery and collection pricing is shown at checkout and is separate from equipment pricing.
Is there a minimum order charge?
Yes. £60+VAT for first-time hires, £30+VAT thereafter.
How do I amend or cancel a booking?

Can I extend my hire period?
Yes – provided the kit isn’t rebooked. Call us to arrange.
Can I hire for a period not listed on the website?
