How do I prepare the equipment for return?

Ensure all items are accounted for using the itemised checklist. Repack everything exactly as delivered. Secure items to avoid movement during transit. Use provided cable ties, courier bags, and attach any return labels to the outside of each case.

When do I need to have the equipment ready for collection?

You'll receive a reminder the day before your hire ends. Collections are on an ALL-DAY service (8am – 6pm). If you can’t be in, you can: 1) give an alternate collection address, or 2) drop it to a Parcelforce depot or Click & Collect point. Let us know by 2pm the working day before to avoid extra charges.

What happens if I miss the collection?

Call us as soon as possible on 01435 873028 to rearrange. Missed collections may incur additional fees.

How will I know when you have received the equipment back?

You’ll get two emails: one when the equipment is back, and another when we’ve completed checks and closed your order.
