Can I collect or return equipment from a click and collect location in person?

Yes! You can arrange to have your order delivered to any of our Click & Collect locations across the UK. For first-time hires, we may need to deliver to your billing address first. When ordering, click ‘change’ in delivery address, then select ‘Or Collect From’ and search by postcode.

Where are your click and collect locations?

We're partnered with a host of camera stores across mainland Great Britain. You can view the full list HERE.

Can I drop back to Depots or my local Post Office?

Yes. In many cases, you can return your kit via your local APC depot or Post Office. This is useful if waiting for a courier isn't convenient. Discuss drop-off options with the Hire Team when finalising your order. Find your nearest APC depot HERE, and Post Office HERE.

What time are Click & Collect orders ready for pickup?

Equipment will be ready from 1pm and during our business hours. Please bring valid photo ID (passport or driving licence) when collecting.

When does the kit need to be back by?

Return your hire to the Click & Collect location by 11am the day after your hire ends. Check local store opening hours. If you're running late, call us on 01435 873028.
